Light plumbing
Fixture-level plumbing — faucets, toilets, disposals — done right the first time.
The everyday plumbing that doesn't justify a plumber's minimum but still needs doing properly. Jim handles fixture-level work cleanly, so a running toilet or a dripping faucet stops being the thing you keep meaning to deal with.
Clear, up-front pricing on the small stuff — and an honest heads-up the moment a job belongs with a licensed plumber instead.

Common questions
What exactly counts as “light” plumbing?
Anything at the fixture level: faucets, toilets, disposals, valves, supply lines, traps, and simple clogs. If it involves the main line, gas, or moving pipe inside walls, that's a licensed plumber's job.
My toilet runs constantly — can you fix that?
Almost always, yes. A running toilet is usually a worn flapper or fill valve, which is a quick, inexpensive fix.
