Do you remove the old flooring?

Yes — removal and haul-away of the old floor can be included in the quote. Just mention it when you reach out.

LVP or tile — which should I pick?

LVP is faster, warmer underfoot, and great for living areas and rentals; ceramic tile is the pick for bathrooms and high-moisture spots. Jim will give you the straight trade-offs for your room.
