Floors are Jim's home turf. He ran Kenmore Floors in Akron for more than 30 years and has installed just about every kind there is, so a clean, level, properly finished install is second nature.

Light flooring installs for rooms, entryways, and rentals — great for refreshing a tired room or getting a rental floor-ready between tenants without a big-box installer's timeline.

Do you remove the old flooring?

Yes — removal and haul-away of the old floor can be included in the quote. Just mention it when you reach out.

LVP or tile — which should I pick?

LVP is faster, warmer underfoot, and great for living areas and rentals; ceramic tile is the pick for bathrooms and high-moisture spots. Jim will give you the straight trade-offs for your room.
